When we typically think of grief, we think of death - but there’s so much more to it. Grief and loss show themselves in various parts of life, from the loss of friendships, and health, to the loss of communication, relationships, intimacy, and even body grief. Grief feels extremely heavy, but it’s not something you have to navigate alone. Grief isn’t just deep sadness - through our sessions, we’ll give grief a voice, a safe place to explore and talk it through. I work with people to help navigate and honor life’s losses while emphasizing the hope of having a meaningful life.
