Hi, I'm Jessica!

For the past 25 years, I’ve had the joy of working with people in all kinds of settings—individuals trying to make changes in their lives, teams learning how to work better together, and workplaces wanting to take care of their people.


What’s kept me in this work for so long is simple: I love watching people transform. There’s nothing better than seeing someone realize they’re stronger than they thought, or watching a team find their rhythm and start supporting each other in new ways. Those moments—the lightbulb, the shift, the confidence—are what fuel me.


I draw from different wellness and leadership modalities, along with years of real-world business experience, but more than anything, I bring connection. I believe people don’t need another “program” as much as they need someone who sees them, listens, and helps them take steps that actually fit their life.


Launch Wellness grew out of that belief. Whether you’re here for yourself, your family, or your employees, this is a place to find practical support, encouragement, and a path toward feeling better and living fuller.
